Healthy Chili for the Busy Professional

This is the simplest way I have come up with for making Chili. ‘Nuff said!


27oz Ground Turkey

16oz Ground Beef

1 Tbs Coconut Oil

*using pre-cooked ground meat saves even more time!

1-2 Cups Chicken Stock (based on preference of thickness)

1 Packet chili seasoning or taco seasoning

16oz-32oz Salsa or…

…1-2 Cans diced tomatoes

…1 can tomato paste

…1-2 Cups Diced Onions (optional)

….1-2 Cups Diced Bell Peppers


Heat oil in skillet over medium heat

Brown meat in skillet

Heat all other ingredients in a large pot or crock pot

Add cooked meat to heated ingredients.

*Chili is a great meal to prepare in bulk and package up to freeze or take to work for lunches throughout the week.
