I am most proud of my guns! I’ve always wanted to have definition in my arms, and sometimes I’ll look at my arms when I’m riding my bike and think, “Oh! How nice.”
I started working out at Hustle Fitness in the fall of 2011. My goal has always been to be lean and strong, to like the way that I look and feel, and to work hard to ensure I don’t have health problems catch up with me later in life that could have been avoided with good diet and exercise.
The Hustle schedule is great for me—it’s allowed me to build a routine into my life, which keeps me accountable for making sure I come in. When I tried to work out at a corporate gym on my own, I wasn’t successful. Plus I’m basically a Never-‐Nude, so gym locker rooms are like my own personal hell.
I am most proud of my guns! I’ve always wanted to have definition in my arms, and sometimes I’ll look at my arms when I’m riding my bike and think, “Oh! How nice.” In order to get that, though, I had to push myself to use heavier weights and not complain when Josh challenges me to use heavier weights or do more reps. (Who am I kidding, I still complain.)
